Announcements for Courseware presenter

1. A table, a chair, electric outlet and LAN cables will be made available.
2. Projectors and screens will not be available.
3. Courseware presenters should be in attendance at their presentation areas dring lunchtime. All presentation areas should be in place 30 minutes before the scheduled time and shut down by 3 PM.
4. Courseware showcase presentation booths are for single days only, not for the entire three days of the conference.
