Conference Fees (which includes the Welcome Reception)

Note: Participants paying the Junior Member fee will be required to pay an additional 4,000 yen to participate in Welcome Reception.

Workshops
An assortment of workshops will be offered on August 5, 2008.  Details of the specific workshops will be made available shortly.

Options
Bento Lunchboxes
Japanese bento lunchboxes with a variety of food items with rice will be available for August 6, 7 and 8  for those who would prefer to have lunches arranged for them at a reasonable rate. The lunchbox fees are in addition to the conference fees and are available in 2 types, regular and vegetarian, and will come with a drink, all for the low price of 800 yen. Participants electing to order the lunchbox service will need to order it for all three days. Please note that these lunches may contain pork or beef and that menu changes cannot be made.

Dinner Cruise
For an enjoyable evening of food, friendship and fantastic views, a dinner cruise is being offered on August 7 in the evening. The cost is 7500 yen (not included in the conference fees) and will feature a full buffet dinner. There is a limit for the number of participants so please reserve early.

Excursions
Our tour company, TOPTOUR, is arranging a wide selection of excursion tours so WorldCALL participants can round out their trip to Japan with some memorable experiences. Tours and prices will be made available shortly on the official registration page, but plan to spend a few extra days enjoying Japan's sights and hospitality.

Accompanying Persons
Bring your partner or your friend. Guests of participants are welcome to join the Welcome Reception (for an additional fee of 4,000 yen) or the Dinner Cruise (for an additional fee of 7,500 yen).
