大会参加事前申し込みは締め切りました。以後のご参加は当日受付にて承ります。
なお、ワークショップおよび懇親会は当日受付は行っておりません。あらかじめご了承ください。Pre-registration for the conference is now closed. Please come to the registration desk on the day of the conference for further registration.
Please note that no on-site registration is available for workshops and receptions.

託児サービスのご案内

Childcare service

8/7（水）・8/8（木）の両日に託児サービスを無料で提供いたします（要事前申込）。利用ご希望の方は、7月10日までに本サイトの「問い合わせ」フォームにて「託児サービス利用希望」と明記の上、下記項目をお知らせください。詳細は調整の上、7月20日ごろまでにお知らせします。
Childcare service will be provided free of charge on August 7 and 8 (advance reservation required). If you would like to use this service, please fill out the “Contact us” form by July 10, stating “Childcare service request” and providing the following information. Details will be announced by around July 20 after arrangements have been made. Note that the sitters may not be able to speak English or other foreign languages.

1. 利用されるお子様のお名前・年齢（複数いらっしゃる場合はすべてのお子様についてお知らせください）
2. 利用希望日時（例：8/7（水）10:00～13:00）
3. 特記事項（配慮が必要なこと、シッターに伝えておきたいことなど）
1. Name and age of the child(ren)
2. Desired date and time (e.g., 10:00-13:00 on Aug. 7)
3. Any special notes (any special needs, anything you would like to tell the sitter, etc.)
