●本大会では、参加者、運営スタッフの安全を最優先に考えて対応に当たります。
●大会当日午前6時の時点で名古屋市に特別警報等が発令されていた場合、その日の全プログラムは中止とします。ただし、2日目（8月7日）については、正午までに警報が解除された場合、懇親会のみ実施いたします。安全にご配慮の上、是非ご参加ください。
●その他、会場校から開催中止の要請等があった場合にも、該当する日の全プログラムを中止とします。
●大会のプログラムが全部あるいは部分的に中止となった場合、研究発表等の発表者の皆さまには、後日動画の提供等を依頼することがあります。
●大会のプログラムが全部あるいは部分的に中止となった場合でも、既に大会準備等で必要な費用のほとんどが発生しているため、参加費の返金はできません。また、懇親会が開催されなかった場合でも予約会場からの返金はないため、懇親会費の返金はできません。ご了承ください。
●最新情報は、大会ホームページ上で随時通知予定です。事務局への個別の問い合わせや、会場校への問い合わせはくれぐれもご遠慮願ください。
※なお、開催地では天候等の影響がなくても、ご出発地域で特別警報が出ているなど、参加が危ぶまれる発表者については、対応を検討しますので、速やかに問い合わせフォームからご連絡をお願いいたします。

●The safety of participants and management staff will be the top priority in dealing with this event.
●If a special warning is issued for Nagoya City at 6:00 a.m. on the day of the conference, all programs for that day will be cancelled. However, if the warning is lifted by noon on the second day (August 7), only the banquet will be held. We hope you will join us, taking your safety into consideration.
●In addition, if the host university requests cancellation of the event, all programs for that day will be cancelled.
●If all or part of the conference program is cancelled, presenters of research and other presentations may be asked to provide video or other materials at a later date.
●Even if the conference program is cancelled in whole or in part, the registration fee will not be refunded since most of the necessary expenses for conference preparation, etc. have already been incurred. Also, even if the banquet is not held, the banquet fee is not refundable as no refunds will be provided by the reserved venue. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
●The latest information will be posted on the conference website as it becomes available. Please refrain from making individual inquiries to the secretariat or to the host university.
