| How much do I pay for lunch? |

| Japanese bento lunchboxes with a variety of food items with rice will be available for August 6, 7 and 8 for those who would prefer to have lunches arranged for them at a reasonable rate. The lunchbox fees are available in 2 types, regular and vegetarian, and will come with a drink, all for the price of 800 yen. Participants electing to order the lunchbox service will need to order on the webpage. | Is there a party during the conference? |
| Yes, we have two parties: Welcome Reception and Bay Cruise. Welcome Reception: The Welcome Reception is being offered on August 6 at Seinan Gakuin University. The fee for the Welcome Reception is included in the conference fee. Non-conference participant guests of conference participants and junior members will be required to pay the 4000 yen reception fee through the conference registration page. https://event.toptour.co.jp/ecas/worldcall2008/system/ Bay Cruise: For an enjoyable evening of food, friendship and fantastic views, a dinner cruise is being offered on August 7 in the evening. The cost is 7500 yen (not included in the conference fees) and will feature a full buffet dinner.
